Policy

Orders over $100 will require a signature for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation after you pay for your order. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Packages will ship either USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail. Due to nature of hair products, we cannot accept hair that has been wash, worn, or altered. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges unless we send you the incorrect order.
